I'm personally lost on this one. Although... I am growing fond of this classic Aston Martin esque metallic green.

1957 T-Bird, Dusk Rose. I'm not a fan of pinkish cars, but I love this color.

I'll take it in Pimp Pink also.
That, and some 60's Cadillacs suited that color well.

It would have to be in pink, preferably with a white top, for the following reason:
When I was growing up, I would visit my grandma every Sunday. Every time, we would play games with a whole bunch assorted hot wheels, matchbox, and other assorted scale cars. Quite often, these games were very elaborate scenarios, set up on a card table. Sometimes, the scenario was a busy city street set up with her various knick-knacks as buildings, and just playing around with the "town". My personal favorite was when we would setup a service garage on that card table, and do a bunch of work to "customer's" cars.
Throughout all of these games, the car that she would always choose as her personal car was a Racing Champions 1956 Ford Thunderbird, in pink. I can never see a pink Thunderbird without thinking of a lot of happy memories of her.
In fact, I found one at Das Awkscht Fescht last year.

Would have to be Seaspray Green. My father has a Peacock Blue 56. I'm not a huge fan of the early birds they always seemed like a chick car to me.

Since all Corvettes are red, I can't very well get a T-bird in red. However, and I don't normally go for it, the car looks stunning in black. I've seen many in person. It is far and away the optimal choice.

Brown wasn't a factory color.

Let's just say it's brown and call it a day.
